\nEn aquellas administraciones educativas que establezcan cualquier permanencia en el centro docente, ya sea del personal directivo, personal docente y no docente, tienen que denunciar tal situaci\u00f3n ante el Ministerio del Interior o sus delegaciones para que\u00a0 se lleve a efecto la normativa establecida por el Gobierno en una situaci\u00f3n de estado de alarma. Puesto que en esta situaci\u00f3n las competencias educativas han sido asumidas por el Estado central, no pudiendo en este aspecto, regular ninguna medida que contradiga lo establecido en este Real Decreto.<\/p>\n

En el mismo sentido, donde haya regulaci\u00f3n auton\u00f3mica en la cual se establece la permanencia en el centro de un miembro del equipo directivo y de personal de administraci\u00f3n y servicios, tiene que entenderse anulada por el citado Real Decreto, puesto que en virtud del principio de jerarqu\u00eda normativa este Real Decreto deroga cualquier normativa anterior que no se ajuste al que se ha dicho en este.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
