Hoy lunes, 15 de abril, se publica el decreto por el que se regula la convivencia<\/strong> en los centros docentes<\/strong> de la Comunidad de Madrid<\/strong>. El mismo tiene por objeto \u00a0concretar los derechos y deberes de los miembros de la comunidad educativa, as\u00ed como establecer las normas y procedimientos para la resoluci\u00f3n de los conflictos en el marco de la autonom\u00eda pedag\u00f3gica de los centros; y ser\u00e1 de aplicaci\u00f3n tanto en los centros p\u00fablicos como en los centros privados concertados que impartan ense\u00f1anzas no universitarias.<\/p>\n

El documento incluye:<\/p>\n

– Principios generales de la convivencia escolar.<\/p>\n

– Derechos y deberes del alumnado, de los padres o tutores, de los profesores, y del personal de administraci\u00f3n y servicios.<\/p>\n

– La planificaci\u00f3n, coordinaci\u00f3n y seguimiento de la convivencia.<\/p>\n

– Qui\u00e9nes son los agentes de la convivencia escolar.<\/p>\n

– Las conductas contrarias a la convivencia, las medidas aplicables y los procedimientos de intervenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
