La Consejer\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n, Cultura y Deportes ha publicado la Resoluci\u00f3n por la que se regula la autonom\u00eda de los centros educativos para definir la organizaci\u00f3n de los tiempos escolares.<\/p>\n

El procedimiento se iniciar\u00e1 a petici\u00f3n del centro educativo sostenido con fondos p\u00fablicos, o\u00edda la comunidad educativa. A estos efectos, el Consejo Escolar del centro deber\u00e1 habilitar un plazo de diez d\u00edas h\u00e1biles para recoger la opini\u00f3n de los colectivos representados en el mismo previa difusi\u00f3n de la iniciativa de modificaci\u00f3n de jornada y el proyecto educativo singular que garantice su conocimiento por toda la comunidad educativa.<\/p>\n

El centro, una vez o\u00edda la comunidad educativa y tomada la decisi\u00f3n de modificar la jornada escolar, deber\u00e1 enviar la solicitud de autorizaci\u00f3n a la persona titular de la Delegaci\u00f3n Provincial de Educaci\u00f3n, Cultura y Deportes en la provincia en que se encuentre el centro docente solicitante, que ser\u00e1 la competente para resolver la solicitud de autorizaci\u00f3n para el curso escolar 2020-21, con car\u00e1cter excepcional.<\/p>\n
